Throughout history we the people enjoyed a profound culinary and spiritual relationship with saturated fats, including butter.

Then nutritional powers-that-be decided saturated fats are harmful to human health and that butter– the ultimate saturated fat– should be avoided in favor of the unsaturated fat margarine.

Now, in rebellion against those powers-that-be, many are renewing that ages-old relationship with butter.

Those in rebellion include many in the scientific community, who are re-examining many of the studies used to convince us to eat margarine and finding that– holy smokes– maybe we have been fooled into eating the real bad fats!

And so we ask…
