Two and a half years ago, give or take, we hunkered down to cope with a weaponized corona virus that came to be known as Covid-19.

We masked up; pulled our children out of school; avoided shaking hands and giving hugs; ate home cooking; got vaccinated with experimental drugs; and, to the extent possible, hunkered down and avoided living it up.
Then we tested positive, and had to isolate in place until such time as we tested negative again.
There has been a cost to pay for all this hunkering down. Quite simply, we are, as a community, burned out from all our hiding out. And it is time, don’t you think, to reset our body’s vitality.
And so we ask:
