As we all know – all too well – the cost of food has gone through the roof. That $10 restaurant burger we all knew and loved, is now the $20 burger that gives us cause to pause.
As a consequence, fewer of us are eating fewer restaurant burgers, and fewer burger customers means fewer burger dollars for the nation’s burger restaurants.
To win those customers who can still afford the $20 burgers, restaurateurs must use every means possible, from sourcing the best burgers and buns for the least cost, to luring burger customers away from the competition. Each step the restaurateur takes to win this never-ending fight for burger dollars is governed by information.
Those restaurateurs who have the information, and know how to use it, have the best chance of winning the burger dollars, and staying in business. This leads us to ask: What is the recipe for restauranteur survival?
