It is transition time in California’s great Central Valley. The days grow longer, the sunshine is getting warmer, and the great blanket of Tule fog is slowly lifting higher.
Soon the almond trees will burst into blossom, the bees will buzz into frenzy, and farmers will return to the soil to plant about $34 billion dollars worth of crops…give or take!
The return of Spring to California’s Central Valley may just be one of the greatest shows on earth.
One of the best places to watch the Valley spring into action is near the little town of Clovis, at the Rocky Oaks Goat Creamery, where Valentine’s Day is transformed into “Kiddentine Day.” That very special event, at that very important time, leads us to ask: Have you had the opportunity to play with the kids?
