Growing Up Farm Kids
Guest: Lorraine Rominger, Author The Rangity Tango Kids
A few generations ago, most all of us were raised on working farms. And from the ethics of that raising up on farms, we built a nation and won a World War.
But in the winning of that World War, we learned how to farm with chemicals and equipment, rather than people, so most all of us moved into the city, where we spend our time sitting, talking on the phone and pushing binary digits about a computer screen.
We city folk now wonder what is happening to our children, to whom have been given so much.
How will they learn the joy of working hard, solving problems, eating great food, trading with the neighbors and worshipping God?
And so we ask…
