MetroFarm Agreement An agreement in which MetroFarm Associates agrees to evaluate a parcel of land for the development of a metrofarm enterprise and to suggest potential crops for further evaluation. I. MetroFarm Associates, (hereafter called “Contractor”) agrees to provide the following services for you, (hereafter called “Client”): A. Information Evaluation: Contractor will review and evaluate the following site information provided by Client in a Site Asset Survey: 1. personal assets 2. environmental assets 3. property assets 4. personal objective(s) B. Assessment: Taking into account Client’s Site Asset Survey, Contractor will compile a list of potential metrofarm crops for Client’s further consideration, including the following categories: 1. high-risk / high-return crops 2. medium-risk / medium-return crops 3. low-risk / low-return crops Contractor will also provide general observations regarding the site’s assets and personal thoughts as to the strengths and weaknesses of the Client’s site as a potential metropolitan farm.

Schedule of Payments, Tasks, and Services by Client and Contractor 2. Schedule of payments, tasks, and services to be performed by Client and Contractor. A. Client signs Site Assessment Agreement and submits payment of $379 via PayPal or credit card. B. Contractor acknowledges receipt of payment and grants Client access to Site Asset Survey form (web-based or hard copy). Client fills out Site Asset Survey and returns to Contractor. C. Within 10 working days of receipt, Contractor evaluates the information provided in the Site Asset Survey, lists potential metrofarm crops, and offers personal thoughts as to the site’s strength and weaknesses as a potential metropolitan farm. D. If for any reason Contractor is unable to perform the services listed above in a timely manner, Contractor will return Client’s payment in full.
