We talked about some pending legislation called the Food Safety Modernization Act, and whether the legislation would make food safe from the dread pathogens that can sicken and even kill us.

In the nine plus years since, Attorney Bill has won a lot of money suing those who sell bad food to good people.

He is now locking horns with the Chipotle chain, which as we all have heard, sickened people across the land with its contaminated foods.

And so we got to wondering about the Food Safety Modernization Act that weaponized the Food and Drug Administration, turning it into the dictatorship of food production. And that wondering leads us to ask…
